چکیده مقاله:
Finding the exact longitudinal speed of the vehicle iscrucial for an accurate estimation of the slip rate. Vehicle sliprate is directly depended on the vehicle speed. In most of thevehicles, speed sensor is installed on differential bracket. Onsevere braking, on slippery surface, wheel-lock threshold wouldbe reached. Despite the fact, in this case the wheel speed sensorwill report zero velocity which is not reliable. This paper presentsa developed method with experimental study that can estimatevehicle speed with an error of less than % ۴ in differentconditions of driving using Kalman filter and fuzzy rules.
