چکیده مقاله:
Despite the reasonable progress in the field of assis ted reproductivetechnology (ART), some issues remain unsolved. Remarkably, the clinical management of ۹-۲۴% of patients undergoingovarian s timulation with a poor ovarian response (POR) is s tillchallenging among the fertility expert. Poor responders are categorizedbased on age, previous ovarian response or ovarian reserve through Bologna criteria or the Poseidon concept. In the las t years, it is assumed that combining two s timulationsin the same ovarian cycle has beneficial effects on the numberof retrieved oocytes in poor responders. However, a recents tudy showed that Dual s timulation with continuous follicles timulating hormone adminis tration is not superior to conventionals timulation with regard to number of MII oocytes.Recently, follicular activation using ovarian fragmentation orART following long-term gonadotropins suppression as wellas disruption of the Hippo signaling pathway and intraovarianinjection of either s tem cells or Platelet-Rich Plasma have beenapplied for treatment of patients with POR. Nevertheless, thetransition of these Methods from experimental to clinical needsmore inves tigations in both veterinary and human s tudies
