چکیده مقاله:
In this research, a sustainable three-level relief chain problem is proposed in pre- and postdisasterphases considering the reliability of distribution centers. A comprehensive relieflogistics network is designed considering the tactical and strategic planning issues ofprocurement, resource allocation, and facility location. A mixed-integer multi-objectivestochastic programming model is developed which maximizes the demand satisfaction,minimizes the environmental impacts, and minimizes the total costs of the humanitarian reliefsupply chain, simultaneously. Three methods are used to solve the problem includingaugmented epsilon constraint, goal programming, and compromise programming method. Anumerical example is presented based on the data analysis of possible earthquakes in Tehran.Finally, the results of solving numerical examples with different methods have been compared.
