چکیده مقاله:
Coastal protection structures are used to reduce the turbulence of streams around marine structures to prevent scouring used in marine structures engineering. In this research, the simulation of flow around the coast of Azimzadeh of Kelarabad complex was investigated using computational fluid dynamics and Fluoent software. As we approach the Azimzadeh of Kelarabad Complex, the negative pressure increases and the coastal erosion potential in the western part of the coast rises. In the eastern part of the coastline, despite the decrease in the flow rate, the amount of positive water pressure is increased and it increases the sedimentation potential. In the eastern section of the groyne, despite the decrease in the flow rate, amount of positive water pressure is increased and it increases the sedimentation potential. As we approach the eastern shore of the Azimzadeh of Kelarabad complex, the negative pressure increases and the coastal erosion potential in the western part of the coast increased. In the eastern part, despite the slowdown in the flow rate, the amount of positive water pressure is increased and it increases the sedimentation potential. But in the western part near the arc due to the local velocity increase.
