In this research, an attempt has been made to provide indicators for evaluating the quality level of maintenance and repair services by emphasizing the factor of time and cost, etc. as control criteria. In this research, the suggested indicators of the effectiveness in the quality level of maintenance and repair processes have been taken into consideration from the three perspectives of compliance with customer demands, indicators of the maintenance and repair process, and indicators of process outputs, and the result is its application in the maintenance process. and the repairs of Ghadir Steel Co. show the effectiveness of this method to evaluate the quality level of the maintenance and repairs process.
