Considering the role of the maintenance and repair process in keeping production machinery and equipment ready for use and reducing stoppages and creating an environment for more participation of employees in the management of this process, it is necessary that the maintenance and repair process is monitored and measured to In this way, improvement factors can be identified and plans can be made for improvement. Currently, time-related indicators are used in industries, which are not sufficient to monitor this process. Considering the importance of the subject, it is very important to identify and provide indicators that can monitor the maintenance and repair process. In this research, an attempt has been made to provide indicators for evaluating the quality level of maintenance and repair services by emphasizing the factor of time and cost, etc. as control criteria. In this research, the suggested indicators of the effectiveness in the quality level of maintenance and repair processes have been taken into consideration from the three perspectives of compliance with customer demands, indicators of the maintenance and repair process, and indicators of process outputs, and the result is its application in the maintenance process. and the repairs of Ghadir Steel Co. show the effectiveness of this method to evaluate the quality level of the maintenance and repairs process.
