on their professional performance. The research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of method. The statistical population included all managers of sports delegations in Isfahan province. ۲۳۰ people were selected as a sample based on Morgan table. Data collection tool was a modified questionnaire (Momeni, ۱۳۹۸) which included ۴۲ items. For the validity of the questionnaire, the opinions of ۱۴ management experts were used. To measure the reliability of the questionnaire, the Cronbach s alpha value. More than ۰.۷۰ was obtained for all variables. Data were analyzed by descriptive and inferential methods using SPSS and A mouse software. Two tests were used to examine the research questions. The result of t-test showed that the value of Sig related to all factors of the management system (except for two factors of willingness to pay and internal control center) is less than ۰.۵, which can be the result. The average self-management system is above average. On the other hand, the results of ANOVA test showed that the sig test for the variable of self-management system (both in the degree and in the history of management) is greater than ۰.۰۵, which means between the average of these several societies (degree and history). Management) there is no significant difference. The results showed that sports managers at all levels of management have a practical commitment to self-management. It can be said that this point is a strong point for sports managers at lower levels and a weak point for higher levels, which should be further explored and solutions provided
