چکیده مقاله:
Teaching listening comprehension is one of the most vital and difficult tasks for any foreign language teachers because there are no rules as in grammar teaching. The present study is an investigation of the effect of teachers learning experiences on EFL learners' listening comprehension. At the beginning of the study two female EFL teachers out of ten teachers with different learning experiences as two different groups were selected through learning experience questionnaire from Tabarestan Language School located in Noshahr. The listening comprehension test was administered as a pre-test. At the end of the research, the participants were given the listening post-test after twenty sessions. The result of post- test revealed that different teachers with different learning experiences had a significant effect on students' listening comprehension.
