چکیده مقاله:
Nanoparticles have received much scientific and industrial interest due to their unique properties and applications. CuO nanoparticles have attracted scientists due to their various properties such as optical and electrical, as well as many applications such as photocatalytic, antibacterial, gas sensors and solar cells. Therefore, CuO nanoparticles were synthesized by green method, an environmentally friendly and cost-effective method by Salvia officinalis leaf extract, which in addition to high antioxidant properties as a reducing and stabilizing agent. The results showed that the use of green method has many advantages including high purity nanoparticle synthesis and structure control. The structure of the nanoparticles was examined by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and then the formation of CuO nanoparticles with x crystal size and y-shape was confirmed.
