چکیده مقاله:

Due to the importance of fluid pressure in many manufacturing and medical industries, accurate measurement of this quantity is very important. Therefore, upgrading measuring instruments and pressure sensors to achieve more accurate measurements, reducing errors and increasing response speeds are among the needs of industries. In this paper, using the powerful smart material of Terfenel-D magnetic inverter, the pressure sensor function is designed and simulated to measure static pressure. Terphenol- D iron alloy is a tribium and Dysprosium and is a strong magnetic alteration material. For this purpose, the performance of a terfenel-D magnetic alteration sensor was first simulated by a finite element. The sensor was simulated by Comsol software and the simulation conditions and environments used were as close to reality as possible. The simulation results were validated with the experimental results in the articles. Based on the simulation, geometric optimization was performed on the sensor. In such a way that the most sensitivity was obtained by applying force. Another goal of optimization was to achieve the linear state of the desired sensor performance. In addition to the geometric optimization of the force sensor, performance parameters including the appropriate bias magnetic field as well as the appropriate preload were obtained during the optimization process. The optimal design of the power sensor was considered as the basis for the design of the pressure sensor and with the necessary changes and adding a pressure transfer diaphragm, the pressure sensor was designed using the terfenel-D magnetic alteration.
