Offshore wind energy is one of the main sources of renewable energy, which has led to the growing expansion of offshore wind farms worldwide. One of the major challenges for offshore wind projects is the cost of building the foundation, which accounts for about ۱۵ to ۳۵ percent of the total cost, depending on the location and type of wind turbine. Therefore, proper design of foundations is very important to ensure better performance of offshore wind turbines. Dynamic analysis of the desired foundation under environmental loads was performed using Abacus finite element software. The results indicate that with increasing altitude of the monopile, the applied wave forces gradually increase. Also, as the diameter increases, the amount of wave force applied will be greater. Also, with increasing diameter, the amount of displacement as well as its fluctuations in the hub level for the structure of the composite foundation decreases. Moreover, as the diameter increases, the percentage of maximum horizontal displacement changes at the hub level increases.
