Lung Cancer (LC) is a disorder that influences lung tissue cells. LC is generated while bizarre cells aredivided in an out of control manner to shape a tumor withinside the lungs. The remedy technique relies uponat the form of most cancers in addition to the patients’ trendy health. Mortality from lung most cancers maybe drastically decreased with early detection of the disorder. In this study, the bioinformatics analysis wasconducted to find more information about the involved markers and pathway through the disease. For thispurpose, NCBI, miRNASNP, miRdSNP, miRBase, miRWalk, and DAVID databases were surveyed. In thisregard, miRNASNP and miRdSNP databases were used to identify related microRNAs (miRs) and singleNucleotide Polymorphisms (SNPs) in LC. Studies at NCBI indicated that three of the most active genesinvolved in LC, are TPM۳ gene (Located on chromosome ۱), ITGB۳ gene (Located on chromosome ۱۷) andCYP۱B۱ gene (Located on chromosome ۲). Studies in miRdsNP database showed that in the process of LCdisease, the conversion of T to C base through dSNP rs۱۰۵۱۳۷۰ in nucleotide ۲۱۷۹ could affect the bindingof miRNA has-miR-۱ to associated ۳’UTR of TPM۳ gene on chromosome ۱ and change its function. Inaddition, the occurrence of has-miR-۱ sequence on ۳’UTR of TPM۳ gene on chromosome ۱ would changeits function. Furthermore, has-miR-۱, has-let-۷a and has-miR-۲۷b could be the most important microRNAsassociated with these genes. The dSNP rs۲۳۱۷۶۷۶ occurs on nucleotide ۷۱۲ at the junction of has-let-۷a to۳’UTR of ITGB۳ gene and converts the alleles A to allele G. In the process of LC, the has-miR-۲۷b binds to۳’UTR of CYP۱B۱ gene on chromosome ۲ and the dSNP rs۹۳۴۱۲۶۶ accrues in nucleotide ۶۹۴ where C isconverted to T. It is concluded that since changes in sequences of genes mediated by dSNP can change theirfunction, it could be a potential marker through disease diagnosis.
