No one dares to deny the importance of aging in the different systems that balance our body and mindarterial system pressure affect the elasticity and the ability in a aged elderly people due to missing multifactors.In our study, we use Meta annalistic vision to fond essential differentially transcription factor in aging processof cardiac mesenchymal stromal cells.Methods: We used the GSE۱۲۹۶۵۶ dataset that information is available free for all in the NCBI database.The data set was analyzed through using a lima package embedded in the GEO۲R NCBI instrument todetermine significant differentially expressed genes (DEGs) with a P-value of less than ۰.۰۵ in old cardiacmesenchymal stromal cells (cMSCs) cells against young cMSCs. Next, select genes that have a ۰.۶ changein log۲ Fold. After that, we estimate the transcription factors for the various genes expressed on the Enrichersite with ChEA۲۰۱۶. Finally, we used Cytoscape ۳.۴.۰ and Gephi ۰.۹.۲ software to construct and analyze anetwork of differentially expressed transcription factors (DE-TF).Results: The results showed that there is a transcription factors with different expression (DE-TF) Insenescent cells. In addition, the DE-TF is JARID۲ which regulation of this was less.Conclusion: this essay suggests that JARID۲ has vital function in aging process of cardiac mesenchymalstromal cells.
