چکیده مقاله:

The physical and mental health of a society is essential for its development. Due to the importance of this issue and its interaction with the life of humans and societies, many studies and researches have been done on it. The Internet of Things(IoT), which has found a special place in recent research and studies, has brought about wide-ranging changes in this field. In this paper, a Real-time hybrid health monitoring system has been proposed. This system able to calculate some of the vital signs such as temperature, heart rate, blood oxygen level, etc. for the next step, sends these data to it’s own database and also for the patient's physician with the aim of creating an interactive relationship, to announcing alerts in specific predefined situations. Also these data can be stores separately on the hardware part of the system in SD card. Due to the importance of this data and the need to transfer them to medical centers in Real or semi Real-time manner, the proposed plan uses two independent communicationsystems to transfer data. The proposed plan has been implemented and its performance has been evaluated in a family of four.
