چکیده مقاله:
Aim:Autoimmune diabetes or type ۱ diabetes is an autoimmune disease in which the body's immune system is activated against insulin-producing cells (beta cells) and kills them. Eventually, the amount of insulin in the body decreases. There are several genes involved in this disease, which can be obtained by systematic and network analysis of FDA-approved drugs for the best drug for this disease. However, after identifying the drugs, they should be tested in the clinical phase.materials and methods:First we get the disease-related genes from the DisGeNET database, then we use the String database to get the Co_expression network, then we use the Cytoscape software to visualize them, then with ClusterViz the modules are obtained, and finally we enter the results in the DGIdb database to obtained Drug-gene network .Results:As a result with various bioinformatics studies, we enter ۳۲ of the best genes and candidate drugs that was obtained from DGIdb db and cytoscape software to obtained the best gene-drug network. Finally, ۱۳ genes such as TNF , MTOR , IL۱B , HLA-DRB۱ , …. and ۹ drugs such as SIROLIMUS , CYCLOSPORINE , ETAERCEPT , … that have the highest degree in the network .Discussion:Insulin is an endocrine hormone in the pancreas that has various effects on metabolism and has a very strong amino acid sequence that is inactive in the form of hexamer, which has long-term stability. Insulin is affected by many genes that can be controlled by examining the drug-gene network to produce and secrete it during type ۱ diabetes, but must first be clinically tested and approved
