چکیده مقاله:

Green synthesis is a simple and eco-friendly method. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of concentration and temperature factors on the size and morphology of zinc oxide nanoparticles biosynthesized using plant extracts. For this purpose ۹ experiments with different conditions were designed and performed using taguchi method.Material and methods:After the plant concentration of ۳, ۵ and ۱۰% were prepared, zinc nitrate was prepared in ۳(۱.۵.۱۰Mm) concentration and ۳ temperatures (۴۰-۶۰-۱۰۰) were considered for the experiment. The properties of nanoparticles were investigated by UV-spectroscopy, FTIR and FESEM.Result:Designed experiments were performed and the data were given back to the Minitab software. Then, the optimal experiment was determined with a salt concentration of ۵mM, ۵% extract and temperature of ۱۰۰. UV-Visible spectrophotometer absorbance peak in ۴۱۰ nm confirmed the nanoparticles. FESEM showed spherical nanoparticles with smooth surface and an average diameter size of about ۱۲ nm.Conclusion:This study presents using the Taguchi method to obtain optimum conditions in ZnONPs biosynthesis via a leaf extract. Synthesized ZnONPs at the optimal condition had an ideal average diameter size and shape for biological and drug design application. Taguchi method is also a suitable method for optimizing the parameters involved in synthesis and saves costs and time.
