چکیده مقاله:
Introduction: The lumbopelvic rhythm is the coordinated movement of the lumbar spine and hip during trunk flexion and return and is a clinical sign of low back pain(LBP). However, the reported patterns of lumbopelvic rhythm(LCI) in patients with LBP are inconsistent, possibly because previous studies have examined a heterogeneous group of patients with LBP. To clarify the lumbopelvic rhythm patterns, it is necessary to study more homogeneous subgroups of patients with LBP. Therefore, this study aimed to compare lumbopelvic rhythm between healthy individuals and LCI patientsMethods: Forty-four subjects (۲۲ healthy, ۲۲ and LCI patients) participated in the study The kinematic parameters during the trunk flexion and return task were recorded using a Qualisys motion capture system.Hip flexion angle Lumbar flexion angle and lumbopelvic rhythm were statistically analyzed in every ۲۵% of the flexion and return phase of flexionResults: The flexion angle of the lumbar spine was larger in the lumbar clinical instability than in control group, and the hip flexion angle was smaller in the LCI group than in the control group in ۲nd quarter of trunk flexion(p<۰.۰۵).Conclusion: These results show that the lumbopelvic rhythms are different among healthy subjects and patients with lumbar clinical instability.
