چکیده مقاله:
A water resource system is a collection of different elements that connect together to meet different demands logically. Water resource management usually needs complex decision making. Despite of the classical optimization models based on optimizing a goal, usually optimizing multiple objectives or criteria for obtaining the best decision is required. Multi-criteria decision making methods (MCDM) actuallyincludes different approaches to help decision makers to reach judgments and choices are reasonable. In Multi-criteria decision making problems, method of decision making is very impressive, in addition of comments of decision makers. This research illustrates the results of ELECTEREIII, SAW and TOPSIS methods that has been compared with each other. A system of multiple reservoirs and power plants is examined in several and different combinations (via single, two and three reservoir and power plant systems) as alternatives. In each of these three systems, different options are discussed. In this research, 48 alternatives are designed that 12 alternatives are single dam system, 26 and 10 are double and three dams system. Differences of alternatives are related to combination of dams, discharge of transferred water and hydropower production. The criteria of this decision making problem are firm energy, secondary energy, volume of water to be transferred, total cost, occupations to be created, security of dams, rehabilitation, regional development and system beauty. Finally, Sensitivity analysis was performed and the results arepresented.
