A new scalarization technique for finding efficient solutions

In this paper, we introduce a new scalarization method, called the improved objective-constraint approach, to find (weakly, properly) efficient solutions of a given multiobjective optimization problem. The presented scalarized problem extends the objectiveconstraint problem. It is established that how adding variables to problem, can help us for solving a multiobjective optimization problem. The effectiveness and capability of the suggested method are investigated in an engineering design problem with two objective functions.
