In this system compared to the traditional injection molding, limitations including complexity of conventional injection molding parts, high cost of raw material and molds, long cycle times and expensive equipment have decreased. In order to produce a high quality product one needs to employ advanced methods and obtain optimum conditions for different settings of process parameters .High dimensional precision of μIM products make them the leading process in the electronics, medical, automotive and communications market.
