In that case the number of the necessary messages and logging cost in committed transactions will be decreased. According to high reliability of the communication networks and latest modern distributed environments and also increasing of dependability of main memory databases, the distributed transactions mostly tend to be committed than being aborted. So, the new proposed protocol can be high performance in terms of expressed costs
