چکیده مقاله:

The object of this paper is to study the metabolic pathways of biohydrogen production in Chlamydomonas reinhardtii and the ways to increase biohydrogen production. C. reinhardtii has been one of the most studied species because of its fully sequenced genome, high photosynthetic activity, ease of cultivation, and high biohydrogen production capacity. During the last two decades, the various metabolomic approach was successfully employed in C. reinhardtii to untangle the diversity of metabolic pathway and acclimation strategies under adverse environmental conditions. (Antal TK, ۲۰۱۸) Hydrogen is regarded as one of the potential future fuels. It is a favorable fuel as its combustion will not create the environmental issues associated with fossil fuels. The production of biohydrogen from microbial processes has received much attention because of its prospective low-cost, inexhaustible, and renewable clean energy. (Show K-Y, ۲۰۱۹)
