چکیده مقاله:

Acid treatment is the process in which, silkworm eggs are treated with Hydrochloric acid of a particular specific gravity (ranging from ۱.۰۷۶ to ۱.۱) at a definite temperature (ranging from ۲۵ to ۴۸.۶°C) for a specific period of time (ranging from ۵ to ۹۰ minutes) to black diapauses in egg. The result rearing of beltline silkworm could be taken up throughout the year. In this research study to break diapause silkworm egg to approach cold acid treatment after cooling in a completely randomized factorial design with ۲ factor and ۱۰ replications. first factor including cold period (cold one week and one month) and the second factor, the Time hatching. After analysis was performed with SAS software between the time of chilling at the level of ۱% difference is significant. The average hatching eggs that were cold a month the number ۳۸.۹۵۰ was more rather than of eggs that were cold a week with an average of ۰.۸۹ number hatching. Between the time of hatching, there was a significant difference in the level of ۵%. The highest hatching eggs on the second day after hatching to number ۵۴.۶۰ and the lowest number in thirteenth day average number of ۶.۵۵ was observed. Treatment time interaction was not significant at the ۵% level.
