Genome-Wide Association analysis some of diabetes related traits

The identification of causative genes for diabetes disease has made significant progress in recent year [1]. Due to obvious limitations concerning experimentation in humans, animal models, mainly mouse models, have been generated to investigate the role of genetics in different tissues [2]. Diabetic related traits information, including Glucose. Weight, End Weight, Weight Growth Intercept, Weight Growth Slope and Weight Growth Ran Intercept was belong 1940 individuals with 12226 polymorphism loci (SNP). The objective of this study was to identify genetic variants associated with debate in hybrid mouse, in order to identify genes underlying the genetic variation in these traits, by performing a genomewide association study.
