Identification of the affecting factors on the quality of the automotive mechanical parts (engine) via MCDM approach and using the Delphi method

One of the remarkable and practical discussions in most planning and management systems is choosing the desired option. Economic, communicational, industrial, social, and information processing methods, on the one hand, and subtle decision-making conditions, high ambiguities, and environmentalcomplexities, on the other hand, the need have increased for this process, given the intense competition in the car manufacturing industry. So, identifying the factors that are affecting the quality of car parts for each car manufacturer is a big challenge considering the different aims and criteria that exist for thatcompany. The purpose of this study is to identify the factors affecting the quality of mechanical parts of the car (engine) with a multi-criteria decision-making approach (MCDM) for the parts manufacturing company. In this study, using reference books and expert opinions, the factors affecting the quality ofcar mechanical parts were identified and then by using the Delphi Method after two levels of riddling by preparing a questionnaire and scoring using Likert spectera (scoring was from 1 to 5) were used for scoring 14 factors affecting the quality of the automotive 's mechanical parts (engine) were selected
