In the digital era, the business world has required shorter response times and more attention to the competitive landscapes, which can change more quickly than ever before. In this background, many companies are embracing new technologies aiming to achieve high performance and competitive advantage. Among these technologies, Artificial Intelligence has occupied a prominent position and has attracted attention from both the literature and business organizations. After years of uncertainty, Internet of Things (IoT) seems poised to cross over into mainstream business use: The number of businesses adopting IoT technologies is on the rise, with the worldwide number of IoT-connected devices projected to reach 43 billion by 2023. Besides, large amount of data generated by these new technologies needs to be analyzed with something much powerful than traditional data-processing application software, something like Big Data.The AI, IOT, and Big data may be the technological forces with the greatest disruptive potential in evidence nowadays. Similarly, AI is the most important general purpose technology of our era, particularly with regards to machine learning techniques. Thus this study aims to investigate the applications of these tools in business strategies.
