Modification of carbon paste electrode based on magnetic molecularly imprinted polymer as a voltammetric sensor for separation and measurement of ketotifen in real and biological samples: Central composite design

چکیده مقاله:
The purpose of this study was to synthesize a magnetic molecularly imprinted polymer for selective separation of ketotifen by the non-covalent method. By performing a copolymerization reaction in the presence of the target molecule; Ketotifen, functional monomer; methacrylic acid and crosslinker;ethylene glycol dimethacrylate, three-dimensional network of the molecularly imprinted polymer was synthesized. Then, during the extraction process, the target molecule was isolated and thus the imprinted nanoporous polymer network was prepared. Properties of polymers synthesized by Infraredspectra (FT-IR) and scanning electron microscope (SEM) images were examined. SEM images of obtaining MMIP nanocomposite showed the dimensions in the range 75 - 140 nm. A molecularly imprinted polymer and a non-imprinted polymer were synthesized for applying in the electrode.Modified carbon paste electrode with MIP compared to NIP showed very high recognition ability and current for ketotifen. The central composite design (CCD) method was used to optimize the effectiveparameters. Under optimized conditions, the linear concentration ranges and the limit of detections were obtained as 3 10-10 - 11 0-6 mol L-1 (R2 = 0.999) and 1.1 10-10 mol L-1 for ketotifen. This sensor is used to measure ketotifen in real samples without the need for preparation before analysis .The results were validated and compared by the UV-Vis spectrophotometer
