The effect of ecological-technology Architecture in terms of Environmental protection

In this paper analysis of the main problems of the city as an urbanized ecological system is carried out. The following aspects of environmental protection are analyzed. A special role in the organization of a modern architectural environment is played today by ecology and scientific and technical directions related to minimizing the harmful impact of architecture on the environment. As well, The types of environmentally-friendly technologies in the architecture have been analyzed: the energy-efficient building; the passive building; bioclimatic architecture; the smart building; the Hi-tech building; the healthy building; the ecological, life-sustaining building. A model of the mutual influence of environmental technologies and aesthetics of nature, which contains thenumerous key aspects, has been developed. Following the article, one of the main problems in the formation of modern architecture is associated with the imposition on the environmental crisis of a number of other crises: energy, economic, social, demographic crises, etc. As a reaction to the emerging challenges in the architecture, new elements appeared, the purpose of which was the successful resolution of emerging problems. There have been revealed the tendencies of application of ecological technologies in reaching the most positive result in the ecologization of the architecturalenvironment. In the aggregate, thousands of environmental innovations that have appeared on the architectural and construction market in recent times, can potentially solve most of the problems associated with environmental protection. The problem associated with the environmental innovations in the architecture and the perception of technical aesthetics has been identified. The problem of the ratio of ecology to the effective, ensuring the purity of the existence of the architectural object and the visual signs of ecologically positive architecture is analyzed
