بررسی آزمایشگاهی اثر سم عقرب مزوبوتوس بر موش

Mesobuthus eupeus is one of the most frequent species of scorpion in khuzestan and in certain seasons considerable percent of people are stinged by this. thus the of Mesobuthus scorpion and also characteristics, pathogencity of it,s Venom are very important. In this report the effects of M. eupeus Venom are studied in Albino mice (male 18-20 gr weight) for changes of biochemical parameters such as Glucose, blood urea, uric acid, cholostrol, Triglyceride, Na, K, Ca, P. SCOT, SGPT and white blood cells add organs such as brain, heart, kindey and spleen. the LD50 of scorpin poison was magered. doses less than LD50 was injected to mice the Venom of Mesobuthus affacted on many of parameters which mentioned above (in 0.05 significant level (P<0.05) changes degrise by low concentration of poison. so that in low doses od Venom there is no different between control mice and those which were injected.
