بررسی قدرت ترکیب پذیری ژنوتیپ های نر و ماده درختان بنه ‭Pistacia atlantica ‬در پارک ملی خجیر به منظور انتخاب برترین والدین در تلاقیها

One of the most important object in this project is to study the combining ability of pistacia atlantica in order to find the best parents and progenies to introduce to the users.So,in Tehran province, on of the largest pistacia atlantica fild placed in khojier nation al parck was chosen as research station At first, 15 maternal trees and 10 paternal trees,as stock plants, were selscted, then after crossing and artifichal pollination, produced seeds were gathered in separate pockets and after winnowing, thyey were cultivated in At the first step, the germination condition was studied.It was found that the highest mean percentage of germination was 67.9 with female tree 15 and the lowest one was 48.2 with female tree 5 At the end of the first year, pistacia atlantica seedlings were transferred to the area and in 3 repetitions ,they were cultivated randomly.For 2 years, they were irrigated and controlled so that each year at the beginning and end of cultivation season, 2 times, the following ites were measured: the condition of survival, collar thickness, canopy and the height of seedlings.the resulted statistics were analysed in crossing matrix.As a result, the seedlings wich were produced of paternal stocks M11, M7 and maternal stocks F6, F16 were in the best condition to the others regarding to the mentioned characteristics.Therefore, according to the results, the following produced seedlings were suggested to the executive departments:M9*F5-M14*F16 M7*F2 M14*F3 M9*F15 M8*F10 M15*F3 M12*F2 M12*F15 Keywords: pistacia atlantica, combining, crossing, Khojier national parck.
