چکیده طرح پژوهشی:

The cotton fiber from harvesting fill converted in to fabric for use has to under go a series of mechanical operations. The ginning which separate the fiber from the seed occupies a premir place, because defected ginning can damage the quality, reduce the price of cotton in the market creates problems during spinning processes, and in results can reduce the efficiency of research. Therefor especial attention is an important factor during ginning process. For evaluating damage on fiber, this study was carried out on Varamin commercial cultivar during 1997.Samples prepared from six regions. The experiment design was completly randomized with following treatments: T1 (roller gin the lab), T2 (saw gin the lab) , T3 (30 saw gin), T4 (factory gin) and five replications. The results indicated that difference among treatments were significant are 1% level for all properties except elongation. The mean results comparison by Duncan,s multiple range class showed that T2 had the highest fiber length (28.1) mm and T1 had the least amount (27.8) mm. 50% S.L. and uniformity for T2, T3, T4 were in high classes, but they were in low class for T1. fOR fieness an strength T1 and T4 were in high class. All treatments were in same class for elongation. The results showed significant deferences among regions.
