In order to investigation of the effect of inter row spacing and seed density on grain yield of elit lines in salt stress condition, this study was conducted for two years in 1381-83,Yazd, Iran. The experiment was carried out as a split-split plot design with four replications. The treatment consisted of cultivar (main plot) which were a1= DH4-15577 (on farm 4) a2=1_63/31/3 (on farm 6), a3=Bank / vees (on farm 9) and seed density allocated to the sub plats in three levels, including b1=450, b2=500, b3=550 seeds/m2 and three inter row spacing sub subplot: c1= 12, c2= 16, c3= 20 cm. Results showed that grain yield significantly increased in 1382-83, which dut to increased number of spikelet in spike, number of seed in spike and 1000 kernel weight (TKW). There was no significantly differences on grain yield of cultivars, but number of total tiller at on farm 9 and TKW at on farm 4 significantly increased at the level of 5% probability. Straw yield and harves index were affected only by seed density.HI decreased in500 and 550 seed/m-2. Effect of inter row spacing on grain yield was significant at the level of 5%, so that 12,16 and 20 cm treatments had 4752.0, 4319.9 and 3843.8 kg.ha-1. Increasing of grain yield in narrower row spacing was due to increasing of fertilizer fillers, grain per spike and TKW. Finally, highest grain yield in 1.2 and 3 cultivars observed at b2c1, b3c1 and b1c1 treatments respectively.
