: بررسی میزان شیوع ‭PPR ‬در گوسفند و بز استان گلستان

Peste des petits ruminants (PPR) is a contagious viral disease ofsmaU ruminants that is of economic importance in Africa, Asia and middle East. In this survey, incidence rate of PPR in Golestan Province was investigated. 598 Sera of sheep and Goat randomly collected. Sera were survied with SN and competitive - Elisa. Desults of this study was showed that 15/5 percent (93 sample)of the Sera were positive. Key words: Peste des petits (PPR) - sheep and Goat. virus - Elisa - epidemiology- Golestan
