بررسی استفاده از ساقه ذرت در ساخت تخته خرده چوب

This research have been perfonned to use cornstalk to produce particleboard and by this corn staJk and poplar wood (p. nigra) have been used by four various compound (1-100% corn stalk, 2-75% cornstalk, %25 poplar wood, 3- 50% com stalk and %50 poplar wood and 4- 25% corn stalk and %75 poplar 1wood ). Using 10 and %12 resin content and by 170 ,180 c press temperature, particleboard. has been produced. Research findings show that by increasing press temperature from 170 to 180 , MOR and MOE have been decreased and by increasing resin content from 10 to %12, MOR of boards has been improved. Also by increasing amount of poplar wood particle to raw materials compound, MOR and MOE have been i~creased using 50 and %75 poplar wood particle, maximum improvement has been obtained Also increasing press temperature from 170 to ] 80 , internal bonding of boards has been improved an~ by decreasing corn stalk, internal bonding has been increased at the other hand byincreasing press temperature and resin content, thickness swelling has been decreased and bydecreasing com stalk in raw materials compound, thickness swelling has been increased. Generally we can say by using 2S to %50 corn stalk and under press temperature of 170 , producing standard par?cleboards would be possible.
