بررسی ارقام و لاین های گندم دوروم و انجام دو رگ گیری در برنامه مشترک بین المللی اصلاح گندم بهاره

To obtain stable and adaptable cultivars of durum wheat tolerant to droua:ht, heat and other abiotic and biotic stresses( yellow rust,common bunt, kamal bunt... ) of low latitudes of CW ANA region with desireable charasteristics (plant ideotype, ,a:loam quality ,resistance to drought and salinity ,having suitable protein bands) were studied and considered as parents of crossing block.The genotypes were planted at three dates ;November 6th ,November Z1 se and Deceber 6th ,2004 .The main goal of this experiment was either to obtain new improved varities or enhance the performance of currently cultivated varieties . In practice for ~ch cross 5 spikes from female parent were selected and emasculated and then in appropriate time the spikes were inoculated by the pollin of male parent by usina: 80 -go method.After harvesting, the damaged seeds were omitted and finally 210, Ft generations were selected for next crop season.
