سنجش اعتبار اندازه گیری قابلیت هضم ظاهری با استفاده از شاخص لینگین و خاکستر نامحلول در اسید

The digestability of corn silage which was ensiled with dairy cow manure or urea, was determined was used as control. Digestability was dwtermined using lignin and acid insoluble ash as indicalors. Two indicator methods compared with direct method (direct method was determined through collecting total feeds and manures previously in center of Natural Research Resources and Animal Science center of Khorasan Province) The statistical analysis showed that the correlation of lignin indicator was acurate than that of acid insoluble ash method, but last method (acid insoluble ash) can be recommended due to saving time, low cost and simple work.
