‭This study was conducted at Moghan Agricultural Research Center in 2007-2008 with five promising lines including N-83-3, N-84-6, N-84-10, N-84-16, N-84-17 and five cultivars including Arta, Darya, Moghan3, Shiroodi, Falat with complete block design with three replication in two locatio. Falat as diseases check for yellow rust and fusarium head blight. The main objective was to evaluate the promising lines for yield and diseases resistance in Moghan region. Analysis of variance combined over two locations showed significant differences among lines at the 1 % of probability level for plant height, length of peduncle, length of spike, 1000 kernel weight, number of spikelet in main spike, number of grain per spike, III and grain yield for weight of spike differences was at the 5% probability. For other characters we didn't have any significant differences. comparison of lines for grain yield showed treatment of Arta, N-84-10 and Shiroodi with 6.75, 6.33 and 6.31 ton per hectare respectively were the best treatments. The :three mentioned lines were also high TKW(1000 kernel weight). Evaluation of resistance to diseases showed Lines N-84-16, N-84-17 and N-83-3 showed high resistance to yellow rust and fusarium head blight. Study of relationships between grain yield and other characters was conducted with correlation. That showed positive and significant relation '\ with number of tiller( r = +0/469* ) , length of spike( r = +0/541 * ) and HI( r = +0/422*) and also negative relation with plant high ( r = -0/766**) and length of peduncle ( r = 0‬ص‭/811 *) with gain yield. According to total results of characters the promising line N-84‬ص ‭10 was the best line in this experiment, Arta was the second best treatment. These lines had high fertile tiller number, TKW and grain yield. . Key words: Bread wheat, promising lines, grain yield, yield component, fungal diseases.‬
