بررسی اتیولوژی بیماری های برگ و میوه موز قبل از برداشت در بلوچستان

In several years, Fungal and Bacterial rot of Banana fruits and leaf such as Anthracnose, Cigar-end rot, Tip-end rot, Leaf spot and Bacterial soft rot have been important diseases of Banana in Sistan & Baluchestan province. In 2004, Symptoms of these diseases observed in several Banana gardens of south Baluchestan regione. This design carried out on Harichal and Dewarf Cavendish cultivars for etiology of fruit and leaf diseases of banana in Chabahar and Iranshar regions during 2005-2007. Symptoms of Anthracnose, Cigar-end rot, Pitting, Tip-end rot, Leaf spot, Wilting and Bacterial soft rot diseases observed but Bugtok, Blood and Sigatoka leaf spot diseases did not observed. 50 plant materials samples of fruit and leaf were collected from different banana plantations of Sistan & Balouchestan province. Fungal and bacterial species were processed and identified by current experimental methods for each group. Fusarium verticillioides, Musicillium theobromae, Rhizoctonia solani, F. subglutinans, F. semitectum, F. sambucium, F. proliferatum, F. moniliforme, F. oxysporum, F. solani, Drechslera gigantean, Cylindrocarpon sp., Colletotrichum musae, Cercospora musae, Septoria musae, Alternaria alternata and bacterial species, Ralstonia solanacearum, Pectobaterium carotovora and P. chrysanthemi were isolated with frequencies of 6.25, 10.50, 6.25, 4.29, 5.20, 3.12, 4.25, 3.12, 2.04, 4.16, 2.03, 4.16, 7.23, 2.10, 12.44, and 5.40, 12.20, and 2.10% respectively.
