چکیده مقاله:
Combination therapy for the treatment of cancer is becoming more popular because it generates synergistic anticancer effects,reduces individual drug-related toxicity and suppresses multi-drug resistance through different mechanisms of action.[1] Especially,silver nanoparticles(AgNPs) have been extensively carried out biomedical are as because of their physicochemical,and biological therapeutic properties.Recent studies have shown that there are anti-fungal,anti-viral,anti-inflammatory,anti-angiogenic biological activities,especially anti-bacterial and anti-cancer features of silvernanoparticles.Recent researches demonstrate that multifunctional cytotoxic biological activities of biosynthesized silver nanoparticles can be used as an anti-cancer agent.[2] in fact,mentioned that,over time,bacteria evolved several resistance mechanisms against antibiotics, thus making treating infections caused by them extremely difficult.[3-6].
