Length- weight relation and condition factor of Triplespine (Gasterosteus aculatus) of Gomishan wetland

This study was carried out to evaluated growth pattern of Cauacasian goby(Knipowitschia caucasica) with 182 fish samples that obtained from February to 64TMay64T2012 with beach line net. Sex ratio was 1:1.06 (male: female) (X2 = 0.178, P> 0.05).Maximum total length and weight were 41.78 mm and 0.890 g for females, 43.52mm 0.916 g for males, respectively. The weight-length relationship of female, maleand total were W = 0.007 TL 3.50 (r2 = 0.97), W = 0.006 TL 3.44 (r2 = 0.98) and W =0.006 TL 3.47 (r2 = 0.97), respectively. The results showed a positive allometric growthpattern (t-test, tRmaleR= 8.62, tRfemale = R8.02, tRpopulationR= 10.93, P> 0.05). The condition factorwas estimated 0.56 ± 0.05 in male and 0.57 ± 0.07 in female and the total conditionfactor was 0.57 ± 0.07
