چکیده مقاله:
The aim of this study was to compare customer satisfaction with public and private indoor swimmingpools. The statistical population of the study was all customers of public and private swimming pools inBandar Abbas in Iran. The study sample was selected from among those who had at least 6 months ofmembership in these centers. Pools’ customer satisfaction questionnaire of Alidoust Ghahfarokhi andcolleagues (2009) was the research information gathering tool. Multivariate analysis of variance wasused to analyze the data. Results of this study showed that there is a significant difference between thecustomers of public pools and private pools’ satisfaction in social content, pool’s health, equipment andgym, human factors, training programs, cost and fees and in fact customers are more satisfied withprivate pools.
