چکیده مقاله:
In used oil, there are pollutants that enter the oil by abrasion of parts or through fuel, the entry of which into the environment causes the destruction of lands and water. Burning used oil produces gases that cause air pollution and damage the health of humans and animals. Proper management of wastes resultant from oil consumption through used oil refining units preserves the surface and underground water and soil and generally protects the environment and its creatures. Unlike most petroleum products that can only be used once and then disappear, if the used oil be recycled properly due to the lack of significant change in base oil content, it can be reused. The aim of this study was to investigate the environmental pollutions of replacing and refining methods of hydraulic oils for sugarcane harvesters in seven units of sugarcane and related industries development of Khuzestan province. For this purpose, the statistics and data of 2011 to 2016 years related to sugarcane agro-industry companies were collected and analyzed. The results show that the total hydraulic oil saving in sugarcane developing companies during the years which hydraulic oil refining has been undertaken was 411014 liters. The reduced percentage of pollutants in the application of offline refining method compared to the replacing method of hydraulic oil for pollutants such as ash, chlorine, nitrogen, sulfur, aluminum, arsenic, barium, cadmium, chromium, iron, lead, magnesium, vanadium and zinc were 18, 21.26, 36.67, 27 44.38, 30.13, 22.81, 18.29, 36.61, 31.75, 21.6, 17.81, 19.64, 46.35 and 18.05 percent, respectively.
