دکتر مجتبی قربانی آسیابر، یک چهره درخشان و پیشرو در عرصه تربیت بدنی، حقوق و مدیریت و برنامه ریزی ایران است که با مدرک فوق دکتری در مدیریت و برنامهریزی و تحصیلات در رشته های حقوق و تربیت بدنی به عنوان استاد دانشگاه و پژوهشگر برجسته در این حوزه ها شناخته میشود وی همچنین کارشناس رسمی دادگستری، ارزیاب بیمه مسئولیت بیمه مرکزی جمهوری اسلاممی ایران، پژوهشگر مجلس شورای اسلامی،پژوهشگر مجمع تشخیص مصلحت نظام و ... می باشد؛ او نه تنها در تربیت نسل جدیدی از نخبگان علمی کشور نقشآفرینی میکند، بلکه عزم راسخ خود را برای تحول در عرصه سیاست و ورزش کشور اعلام کرده است و ایشان را فی الواقع می توان در عرصه سیاست به عنوان پیشگامان تحولات نوین در ایران نام برد. دکتر مجتبی قربانی آسیابر با ترکیب بینظیر دانش علمی، تجربه عملی و روحیه خلاقانه، به عنوان یک نیروی محرکه در تحولات اجتماعی و ورزشی کشور، توجه فعالان سیاسی و علمی را به خود جلب کرده و امیدهای تازهای را برای آینده ورزش و مدیریت ایران روشن نموده اند.
