The breadth of the field of judicial and legal sciences in the international arena, balanced with laws at the international level, provides students with international norms and laws, ethics and judicial procedures in the master's and doctoral courses.
Students learn step by step through authentic books and articles, as well as scientific papers of universities, and experience the current immunities, whether judicial, political, cultural, or social, while working, as well as the total or partial deprivation of qualifications and important cases in legal affairs. What is the use of a consulate with foreign governments?! ...also, students should discover through experience with their own scientific research achievements the responsibility of the government and the resolution of disputes and existing solutions of international laws should be followed or presented as a proposal to the competent bodies.
Based on this, the author and researcher, as a university professor, in this article tries to present selected cases in the form of a combination of theoretical and practical exercises to increase the awareness of those interested and intensive students.

The UN Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of Crimes against Internationally Protected Persons, Including Diplomatic Agents was adopted in 1973.
It provides that states parties must make attacks upon diplomats a Crime in Internal Law, and Obliges them to extradite or prosecute offenders. However, in exceptional cases, a diplomat may be arrested or detained on the basis of self-defence or in the interests of protecting human life.
The private residence, papers, correspondence and property of diplomats are also inviolable.
In general, diplomats are immune from civil and administrative jurisdiction of the state in which they are serving, although there are a number of important exceptions.
