چکیده مقاله:

Nodaway, the use of training devices plays an essential role in the teaching of theoretical concepts. One of the most widely used teaching aids is the car lifter lever. The main purpose of using this device is to train the relationships governing the levers and to investigate the engineering trusses. One of the main problems of existing car lifter lever is their high weight and high cost and the difficulty of transporting them. Simulation and analysis of the mentioned structures before construction can be very useful in reducing the weight and price of them. Therefore, in this study, a sample elevator was simulated in the ABAQUS software and then optimized the geometry, weight, and mechanical properties of mentioned elevator. For this purpose, the truss profiles with three different materials containing steel, aluminum, and iron were used to build lever components. Also, the profiles with different cross-sections were used to optimize the geometry of the structure. The results of the stress and weight analysis showed that the optimized structures with steel material had about 200 kg lower weight than the weight of the existing structures, the good factor of safety about 1.9 that very lower than the existing structures as well as lower production costs.
