Back ground and Aim: Human Papillomavirus HPV is the most common viral infection of the reproductive tract. forexample in 2018, an estimated 569,000 new cases and 311,000 deaths occurred from cervical cancer worldwide. Therefore, preventive measures of this virus are of great importance. Human Papillomavirus HPV vaccines prevent infection by certain types of human papillomavirus. The media has previously reported on suspected cases of MS occurring after HPV vaccination, and there has also been an increase in the number of case reports describing symptoms of MS in vaccine recipients. The purpose of this systematic review study is to Evaluation of association between Humanpapillomavirus vaccination and risk of autoimmune diseases.Method: Search was done by keywords in the databases: Pubmed, Google scholar, Science Direct, in the period of 2005-2018. At the pubmed, 29 articles were received. By studying the title of the articles, 10 articles were selected. By studing the absteract of the articles, 3 articles were selected. At the Google Scholar, 600 articles were obtained, 4 articles were included. Finally we review 7 articles in this study. Results: 7 articles we’re included, 4 of them were identical, indicating that there was no association between HPV vaccine and autoimmune diseases such as MS, 3 of them believe more study was needed and that our studies were not enough. Conclusion: Based on research we found that HPV vaccination was not associated with an increased risk of multiple sclerosis MS or other demyelinating diseases but Continued active surveillance is needed to confirm this finding for individual autoimmune diseases and these findings do not support concerns about causal relationship between HPV vaccination and demyelinating diseases.
