چکیده مقاله:
the main aim of the present paper is to determine the impact of the work pressure on human resources operating in the cities of visitors in the Holy Karbala. The research opens up with a main problem that includes several questions about the nature of the influential relationship to the research variables in the field. The sample of the research is a group of administrative leaders in the visitor cities of 60 managers. For the purpose of data analysis and statistical processing, (Spss V .20) is used. The research ends up with several conclusions, the most important one is an acceptable and positive correlation The study comes out with a set of recommendations, the most important one is the detection of the causes of various work pressure and the attempt to find appropriate solutions for it as a better prevention of treatment for the purpose of achieving excellence in the continuous organizational performance and service delivery.
