چکیده مقاله:
Work and effort are the essential elements in human life ،in so far as it has been emphasized in the value and religious system and pure life of Imams. Hence, the creative andinnovative people who have always helped to provide and employ others, have attracted attention . Therefore , this research aims to evaluate the effect of awareness from Islamic values of business on the success of top entrepreneurs . Its method was descriptive and of a Correlative type and in terms of purpose is of a functional kind . Its statistical population included all of top entrepreneurs during 2011- 2014 consisting of 90 people . For this purpose , the numbers of 73 individuals were selected asavailable statistical sample based on Cochran formula . To collect information , two standard questionnaires were used which one of them contained 28 items about awareness from Islamic values with the validity of 86% and the reliability of 0/94 and the other one contained 12 items about the success of top entrepreneurs withvalidity of 83% and reliability of 0/93. Data was analyzed by statistical software of SPSS 21 version by using the descriptive and inferential statistic . The results indicated that awareness from the Islamic values of business has a positive and significant impact on the success of top entrepreneurs and the variable of using mass media in this model is 0/087 and explains the variance of top entrepreneurs success . The other results also showed that the virtue, trust in God, faith in God, and good deeds in business andbelieving in earning legitimate (halal) maintenance has a significant and positive impact on the success of top entrepreneurs . consequences in two recent decades ( PourDariany , Ahmad ,2004: 41) .
