چکیده مقاله:

Background and Aim : The occurrence of cardiovascular disorders is increasing among different regions. Blood lipid disorder, cardiomyopathy, arrhythmia and hypertension are heritable and correlated with the risk of heart disease. Patients with a family history are at greater risk. Genetic counseling base on bioinformatics study has been used to help diagnose cardiovascular disorders and other congenital cardiovascular diseases. The development of targeted therapies is difficult due to the lack of nationwide screening programs, the complex etiology of common diseases and no high-quality cardiovascular registration system. New small molecules and biomarkers play important roles in the regulation of tissue homeostasis and pathophysiological conditionsMethods : Bioinformatics based strategies such as Next-Generation Sequencing and array-based profiles have brought new insights for genomic investigations involving many candidate genes. Assessment of the candidate gene is desired in molecular epidemiology, drug development, diagnostic, prognostic and predictive of heart disease. Results : Bioinformatics analysis is a potentially beneficial tool for the identification of correlations between multiple gene expressions and proteome analysis to diagnose or detect susceptibility to cardiovascular disease. It has contributed to the development of molecular cardiology by revealing new pathways to the diagnosis, prevention and treatment for both basic and clinical investigation in cardiac disorder. Conclusion : Both genetic counseling and bioinformatics are important for planning the management of patients with genetics profile and race-based. By using this procedure hypertrophic cardiomyopathy patients can be analyzed in a shorter time, at a lower cost and high sensitivity than with current procedures in case they no longer respond to drugs and require surgery. In the future, artificial intelligence and vascular robotic systems and biosensor systems will likely assist physicians to improve the health of individuals.
