Background and Aim : Preserving the health and survival of a generation is a rational matter. At the current stage, drug poisoning is a health problem that is the most common type of self-harm Suicide (Attempt to). . Drug poisoning disrupts the functioning of various organs of the body, which in many cases causes injury due to drug poisoning in the brain, liver and kidneys, causing physical or mental illness. Social interventions play a crucial role in reducing the rate of drug poisoning. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of social interventions on drug toxicity.Methods : The effect of behavioral clinical education on the reduction of drug toxicity. The statistical population of this study is a sample of 10 patients aged 20 to 35 years old with a complaint of drug poisoning in Mashhad Beheshti, Qom, during the second six months of the year, 97 which were randomly selected And were available and were replaced in two experimental and control groups. The experimental group was intervened using clinical behavioral training coursesResults : Studies have shown that the effect of behavioral clinical education on the reduction of self-harming effects is due to drug poisoning. There was a significant relationship between the role of clinical and social educational interventions and the reduction of drug toxicity (P <0.05)Conclusion : : Changing the way of life and environmental changes has changed the structure of culture and society. This important, deepens the day-to-day social harm. Family disruption, social, economic and cultural problems are among the most important factors. Social interventions have a preventive role in the spread of a wide range of drug poisoning. The need to understand the dimensions and levels of social interventions has a major role in reducing harm and drug abuse, and managing the prevention of drug poisoning, and it has the potential to inhibit a wide range of drug poisonings from a set of social anomalies.
